Orders are generally shipped the following business day after the order has been placed and processed. If paying by certified check or money order, the order will be sent when payment is received.

In the event of a product becoming out of stock, there may be a delay in shipping of your product. Most products are air shipped from our distributors and we have shipments arriving weekly so there usually isn't long wait times. Either way, The Spookclub will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Standards
Surface mail orders are shipped via Canada Post. Order to the USA, will be handled by The United States Postal Service once packages arrive at the border. No delivery standards are published by Canada Post however you can expect your shipment to arrive within 7 - 14 business days. International Air Mail will normally take up to 10 business days. These delivery standards are quoted from Canada Post's website, however we do see shipments take longer on occasion. Please allow a few extra days on late shipments before contacting The SpookClub.

Choose your purchases wisely. We have provided you with enough information to make an informed purchase. The value of your purchase is rarely in the gimmick but rather in the secret. Like the majority of magic shops, due to this fact; All Sales Are Final.

The Spookclub guarantees quality of the products we carry and the services we offer. To make sure your order is in perfect condition when you receive it, we have established the Spookclub Quality Checklist policy below.

1: Every order is double-checked against your order to ensure accuracy. It is important to us that you are getting EXACTLY what you have ordered.

2:Every item on your order is checked for the accuracy of its contents to ensure nothing is missing from the package. This includes, but is not limited to the following: All aces and court cards, bonus items, instruction booklets.

3: Every item on your order is visually inspected for defects so the item can be exchanged before it even leaves The Spookclub.

4: DVDs are visually inspected for scratches, chips, warps.

5: DVDs are electronically tested to verify the integrity of the data. Guaranteeing your DVD is readable and non-corrupt to ensure you can watch your DVD the minute you receive your order*.

6: DVDs are ensured to be secured in their case before shipping to decrease the risk of the disk moving around in its case during shipping.

We will provide you with a signed copy of our Spookclub Quality Checklist. So you can be assured we have done everything we can to provide you with the best quality available. We will also have a copy of the checklist in our shop should you every require it for shipping insurance purposes.

*REMEMBER!!!: DURING WINTER MONTHS, ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOUR DVD TO WARM TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE PLAYING. THIS WILL PREVENT THE DISK FROM SHATTERING IN YOUR PLAYER.

Should you find defect in the materials or workmanship of the products you have purchased from us, we will replace the defective item upon its prepaid return. Please notify us within 7 days of your receipt of the order via e-mail for your RMA number.
